CX-1 is the commissioning module that contains most, if not all the documentation standards pertinent to the building system commissioning process and LEED commissioning requirements that apply up thru the Design Phase. These documents follow industry guidelines but go beyond standard practice to provide the most comprehensive set of documents to be used job after job. Unlike so many web sites with recommended methods on how to implement commissioning, Cx-1 provides the actual business tools to be able to deliver the process that include the following:
