CX-1 is the commissioning module that contains most, if not all the documentation standards pertinent to the building system commissioning process. These documents follow the industry guidelines but go beyond suggested process to providing actual standardized templates to be used job after job. Whether you are an owner's representative, building owner, consulting firm, commissioning agent, trade contractor, design-builder, or construction manager, you need this module.

Unlike so many web sites with recommended methods of how to implement commissioning, Cx-1 provides the actual business tools to be able to deliver the process. The commissioning specification, in this module packages the commissioning plan and contract project requirements within a single section, Division 18000. While most commissioning approaches sprinkles the requirements through Division 01000, 15000, 16000, and 17000, Cx-1 compiles everything within one section and becomes the foundation to what will eventually be the Final Commissioning Report manual.

This module also includes many of the needed documents, logs, and checklists necessary to fulfill the requirements of the commissioning process. In addition, these electronic documents are ideally suited and address LEED™ certified projects where commissioning is a prerequisite and includes a suggested Systems Manual Table of Content for the Enhanced Commissioning credit.
