This standardized, project-proven approach to delivering the
three distinct elements of commissioning activities; 1) Design
Phase documentation templates, 2) Construction Phase
documentation up thru system readiness, and 3) Cx-3 software
that combines ATC/FPT design and verification of system
performance, linked to a Corrective Action Log.
Commissioning 1-2-3™ provides an industry standard where no
industry standards exist. It also provides the user with a
comprehensive library of documents beginning with a recommended
Request for Proposal of commissioning services right to the
Final Commissioning Report. Commissioning 1-2-3™ since 2002.
Commissioning 1-2-3™ also includes commissioning of operation
and maintenance management electronic documents with recommended
Division 1 specification inserts for asset data collection of
equipment, bar coding, recommended Top-10 BIM CAD layers, and
collecting O&M manuals via the Internet. The cost of
Commissioning 1-2-3 process is $2,740.00 or Cx-3 for $1,420.00.
Cx 1-2-3™ Modules 1 & 2 include approximately 125
electronic documents (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint) for uses on a
job-by-job basis in its associated electronic workbook including

FPT is linked to an Excel Corrective Action Log document to
capture each device that “failed” during the FPT system
demonstration
